About the event

Eros is an animating force. It is the spark that birthed the universe and creates life. It is the euphoric feeling that motivates us to action. Eros drives us to surpass our inhibitions and limitations. It empowers us to delight in the unknown.

What are you here to create?

This body-centered workshop is designed to bring consciousness to our protective mechanisms, understand their origins, and gently explore the feelings and vulnerabilities they conceal.

The intention is to invite a reconnection with our authentic self, allow the light of our true nature to shine forth more brightly, and facilitate a more genuine and heartfelt interaction with the world around us, and especially the people in our lives.

Join us for an exploration of Eros as we journey inward to find and awaken our life force energy. This process will be facilitated by Christine Stevralia, CCEP, and Ronen Goddard, PhD, CCEP. We will create a container, a protective bubble, and within that open up a portal where fear becomes opportunity.

It's a journey to the heart and to the essence of who we truly are.

DATE AND LOCATION

The workshop will be on November 22, 2024 at Sky Pond, in Apex, North Carolina, and will run from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Lunch, as well as morning and afternoon snacks, are included. Attendance is limited to 8 participants. Registration fee for this workshop is $175. Tuition assistance is available for those who need it. Contact either Christine or Ronen with any questions and to register.

WHAT do we mean by eros?

Check out this animation by my colleague, Kellie Newton
Note: She uses the word “Mom” a lot. If “Mom” does not apply to you, you can substitute “the person whose uterus you grew in” for pre-natal events, and “your primary nurturer(s)” for post-natal events.
